The summer of 2026 brought devastation to parts of South America, as two powerful earthquakes struck Venezuela on June 24 and Colombia on August 10. In the aftermath of these tragedies, communities have been left to pick up the pieces and now, the vaporwave music community is stepping up to help.
Global Pattern and Egoscapes have joined forces to release “Ritmos para Reconstruir” (Rhythms to Rebuild) , a charity compilation album featuring a diverse array of artists from around the world. The project aims to raise funds for the Red Cross organizations of both affected countries, supporting emergency relief and long-term recovery efforts.
