This week AOTW : 得るMart
The vaporwave subreddit is often maligned as a dead space (sound familiar?), but a close eye reveals a constant bounty of fresh creations. This is still the first stop for many newcomers in the scene and a great place to catch people on the come up. This album was posted last week, a worthy addition to the mallsoft subgenre made by two friends. I love the variety of musical samples and the intermixed ads of vintage origin. A really great debut and their page appears to show some weatherwave next so keep an eye out!
See you next week for another recommendation !
